Shipping
1. Can I alter the shipping address?
Please contact our customer service team at info@neyom.ca for assistance. Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once the shipping process has commenced.
2. How long is the shipping time?
When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it generally takes approximately 3-6 working days to arrive, depending on the specific item, its origin, and destination. Please note that actual delivery times may vary based on the chosen shipping method. Furthermore, during holidays, unforeseen severe weather conditions, or other factors affecting delivery services, the estimated arrival date may be subject to change.
3. What if I miss the delivery?
After the initial delivery attempt fails, you can find contact details for your local express service in our delivery failure notification email. Please contact them to arrange a more convenient redelivery day. Please note that repeated failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges for redelivery. Parcels returned to us or disposed of by the express service due to prolonged customer unavailability cannot be attributed to our responsibility.
Orders
1. How do I check the order status?
After placing your order, you can track its status anytime through 'My Account' to see its current stage. For additional details, you can also reach out to us via email or online contact.
2. Can I amend the order?
To ensure every order meets your expectations, we will send a confirmation email for your review. You are encouraged to communicate any specific requirements within a specified timeframe. Orders will be processed promptly after confirmation or in the absence of queries within 12 hours of receipt of the confirmation email to meet delivery schedules. Please understand that once processed, orders may not be easily amended due to scheduling, material, and tailoring considerations.
3. Can I have more discount on multiple or bulk orders?

Returns & Exchange
1. Can I get a refund ?
These exquisite garments are not just clothing; they're a statement
of style, sophistication, and grace. However, their delicate nature
means they require extra attention and care, which is why we must inform
you that our Evening Wear collection, including gowns and special
occasion dresses, is non-refundable.
2. Can I exchange for a different size ?
Yes exchanges are only available for different sizes and cannot be exchanged for other styles.
