The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

You are responsible for covering the costs of return shipping and any applicable fees or duties imposed by customs. Please be aware that return shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

For your peace of mind, we advise retaining your return tracking information. NEYOM cannot be held liable for any packages lost during return transit. If customs duties are levied, they will also be deducted from your refund. Rest assured, you'll receive a confirmation email upon completion of your return process, detailing the full refund credited to your account.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
